The location was great. The room was very clean. The bathroom had a good size and the amenities were in good condition!!!
The room lacked insulation, so street noise was audible. Temperature control in the room was difficult, with only freezing or too much heating as options. The hotel shares its entrance space with a cafe, so there is no real lobby.

The location was convenient to walk to the city center for exploring many food and drink options. I appreciated the hotel because it was only a five-minute walk from the train station. The staff was very friendly. They met all our needs. they put a smile on our faces.
Accessing the hotel reception required passing through a busy café with long queues. As hotel guests, we sometimes had to queue outside to use the café. I found this inconvenient, especially when needing quick assistance.

the location is amazing (it really is). it is very convenient to drop off shopping or grab a sweater. the coffee shop downstairs is super handy. the room included everything i needed.
i noticed a slight street noise, but it wasn't overly disruptive.
